He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kolar and Mary Kolar (Lesnic); and his siblings, Donald Kolar, Sena Auction and Georgette Milos.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kolar (Young); his stepsons, Gerald Rusk (Diane) and Steven Rusk (Lexi) of Huntingdon, PA; and his nieces, Lisa Milos and Melinda Milos-Dale. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren; 14 step-greatgrandchildren.
