Danny Slater Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Slater of Mansfield, Pennsylvania, born in Blossburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Danny shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Danny farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Slater and Mary Edna Slater (Adams); and his brother Mike Slater. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Slater (Susan) of Nichols, NY, Matt (Sheri Slater), Mary Lorraine Pollock (John) of Mainesburg, PA, Cindy (Mark Johnson) and Barb (Frank Sargent). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. (637 S Main St, Mansfield, PA 16933). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
