He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Darwin Neal and Ina Neal (Cooke); his grandfather Dr. Leonard Neal; his wife Eleanor M. Kennedy; his son Ryan "Jay" Neal (Alanda) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Penny Starks (Evans), Paul Evans and Ashley Evans; his pet Buster; his children, Matt Neal (Johna) of Mansfield, Penny Starks of Mansfield and Paul Evans (Joanna) of Mansfield; and his sisters, Darwina Neal of Washington, DC, Marynel Somogy of Elmira, NY and Dawn Shellenberger (Larry) of Philadelphia, PA. He was also cherished by niece, a nephew, eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
