He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney "Jack" and Janet L Burt (Allen); and his son Jonathan Burt. He is survived by: his son Joshua Burt (Jenna) of Mansfield, PA; his grandchildren, J. W. and Julia Burt; his close friend Dianna Skovronski; and his siblings, David Burt (Ruth) of Mansfield, PA, Richard "Rick" Burt (Judy) of Mansfield, PA and Kathryn Rouse (Ron Ellis) of Sassamansville, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
