She is survived by: her brother Aaron Hooks (Terrill) of Warsaw, IN; her sister-in-law Melody Hooks of Kittanning, PA; her nieces, Myra of Chicago, IL, Madeline of Bolivar, MO, Mallory of Ft. Wayne, IN and Morgan of Warsaw, IN; her nephew John Y. Hooks (Bre); her children, Bently, John Y. Hooks IV of New Brighton and Nathanael Hooks (Emily); her granddaughter Scarlett of Butler, PA; and her sister Sonnie Olinger of Kittanning, PA..
Family suggests that any memorial contributions in Sylvia's name be made to the Grace Baptist Church in Kittanning.
