He was predeceased by: his brothers, Paul and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Garland (Kauffman); his daughter Amy Bush (Jeff); his grandchildren, Silas, Jacob, Amie, Ella, Tessa, Lili, Owen and Mady; his sister Rowena Witt (Gerald); and his brother-in-law Jim Kauffman (Holly).
