He was predeceased by: his parent Webster Kemmerer; his son Dean W. Kemmerer; and his daughter-in-law Marie Kemmerer (Neill). He is survived by: his parent Bertha Kemmerer (Engleman); his wife Joyce; his son Dale Kemmerer (Kathy) of Neffs; his grandchildren, Christy, Tina, Shontell and Kyle Kemmerer (Rebecca); and his great grandchild Jolene Theresa.
