He was predeceased by: his parents, George Raush and Mildred Raush; and his brother Richard Raush of Arizona. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Logan; his children, Bob Raush (Charlene), Marilyn Welch (Norman), Ron Raush (Esther), Patricia Kibler (Wendell), Glenn Raush (Janice), Alan Raush (Martha "Fiffer"), Ted and Nancy Isbell; and his sister Ruth Wilson (Richard) of Willow Valley.
In lieu of flowers, Russell desired that memorial contributions be sent to Pioneers to support his grandchildren Linda & Matthew (http://www.pioneers.org).
