She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel; her parents, William Monico and Caroline Monico; and her siblings, Regetta, Domonic, James and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Fiorelli (Lori) and Sandra Chorazy (Steve); her grandchildren, Sam (Kristy), Anthony (Sarah) and Stephanie; and her great grandchildren, Antonia, Bianca, Maddy and Sammy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
