He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene P. Felty and Joyce E. Felty (Wolfe); and his sister Patricia Ann. He is survived by: his wife Trudy M. Felty (Umberger); his children, Stacey Cooper (Elwood), Ronald E. Felty II (Angela) and Ann E. Felty; his grandchildren, Jessica (Jake), Erin (Brandon), McClain (Lindsey), Sutton, Stone and McCall; and his sisters, Sue Carol Vincent and Judith Yater (Lewis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
