Uzmack; his grandchildren, Zachary Uzmack (Rachel), Nicholas Dixon (Jeecy), Jacob Uzmack (Brandi) and Shawn Uzmack (Brianna); his great grandchildren, Zachary and Wesson Uzmack; and his siblings, Judy Healey of Fawn Twp, Nancy Drexler (Alan) and Dale Uzmack of Saxonburg.
