Palmatary (Bonnie) of Lock Haven, PA, Sara J. Pennington (Vance, Sr.) of Newark, DE, A. Gladys Taylor (Bayard) of New Market, MD and F. JoAnn Borror (late Eugene) of Cochranville, PA.. He is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews and many great and great great nieces and nephews.

“I just recently found out and I am so sorry to hear of Richard's passing. Since I have retired three years ago I have met him for breakfast and discussed our family's shared history on occasion.. He was amazing in his ability to locate information. He had a very sharp mind and his memories of my mother Genevieve Bolton's, grandmother, Mary Kepler Fillingame were wonderful to hear. He is certainly missed.”
