He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell K. Nissley and Mary McMullen Nissley; and his brother Thomas J. Nissley. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Jean Bleacher Nissley; his daughters, Dorinda S. Howard (Joseph) of Manor Township and Katrina S. Hogg of Manor Township; his grandchildren, Serena, Matthew and Dorian; and his brother David Nissley (Sue).
