He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Barley and Gertrude Dellinger Barley; and his brothers, Clayton D. Barley and Clyde Barley. He is survived by: his nephew Jeff Kendig (Judy); his daughters, Kimberly Martin (John) and Amy Tolos (Perry); his wife Mary Kathryn; his son Eugene Henry (Nancy); his grandson Eugene Henry, III; and his sisters, Mildred Sangrey and Marie B. Kraft.
