She is survived by: her husband George "Sonny" Farrell; her children, Kim Gidaro (Pete) of Harrison City and Karen Farrell of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Derek Ciarkowski of Greensburg, Amanda Ciarkowski of Newport News, VA and Juliana Gidaro of Harrison City; and her siblings, Brenda Fairley (Chips), Sheila Sale (Ron), Ann Roberts (Robbie) and Keith Humphries (Michelle) of England.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital in Memory of Pat Farrell.
