We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2019, at the age of 92, Ned R. Kinard (Manor, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Kinard and Iva Kinard (Grove); his siblings, Kenneth, Richard and Norma Flinchbaugh; his grandson Adam Sullivan; and his great grandchild Jazmine Cope.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Kinard (Spyker); and his children, Brenda Herr (Wayne), Roxanne Baer (Denny), Monte Kinard (Faye Roseman Kinard), Blandi Kinard and Tracy Clutter (Dan). He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to one's choosing.
