She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo T. Hazel and Minnie Hazel (Moore); her husband Daniel C. Walker, Sr.; her son Donald E. Walker; her granddaughter Amanda English; her great grandchild Lilianna Walker; and her siblings, Charles Hazel, Louise Spangler, George Hazel, Mary Zimmerman, Ethel Weaver and Buddy Hazel.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra English (William C.) of Jersey Shore, Daniel Walker, Jr. (Nancy) of Colorado, Sharon Swarm (Elwood) of North Carolina, Dale Walker of Castanea and Shirley Thomas (Larry) of Lock Haven; her siblings, Laura Hazel of Lock Haven and James Hazel (Carol) of New Mexico; and her grandchildren, William H., Michael English, Melissa Stapley, Jaime Frazier, Lindsey Collins, Chad, Christopher Swarm, Jeffery, Joseph, Dale, Jr. and Tiffany Mummert. She is also survived by 35 great grandchildren; and 2 great, great grandchildren.
