He was predeceased by: his parent Rudolph Kolbosky; and his siblings, Rudolph Kolbosky Jr, Eugene L. Kolbosky, Larry C. Kolbosky, Martha Bisko, Virginia Koshir and Sharon Shirey.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Kolbosky (Petrina); his children, Alan John Kolbosky (Pearl) of Manor and Karen Delach (Mark) of Irwin; his grandchildren, Tiffany Marie Kolbosky of Manor, Katelyn Nichole Rhodes (Ryan) of Greensburg and Richard Alan Earle Kolbosky of Manor; his sisters, Anne "Honey" Peksa of Greensburg, Bernadine Blazkowski of Greensburg and Esther Macherma (Louis) of Greensburg; his sisters-in-law, Mary Jean Kolbosky of Greensburg and Charlotte L. Kolbosky of Greensburg; and his significant other Micheline Keracher of Greensburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
