She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Holderbaum and Mary Payne Holderbaum; her son-in-law Kelly G. Kretchek; and her siblings, Norma Silvis and Gordon Holderbaum.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Kretchek and John J. Guzik Sr. (Brenda); her grandchildren, Adam Guzik (Sarah), Amy Guzik, John J. Guzik Jr. (Sarah) and Greg Guzik; and her great grandchildren, Gabe, Isaac, Isabelle, Eleanor and Emma.
