She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl E. and Leona M. Weltmer, Sr. (Rader). She is survived by: her children, Lynda A. Hempt of New Cumberland and Donald Bret Adkins (Candi) of New Cumberland; her brothers, Carl E. "Toad" Weltmer, Jr. (Janet) of Etters, Barry Weltmer (Joanne) of Cresco, PA, Arthur Weltmer (Jackie) of Fairview Twp and Michael Weltmer (Kathy) of Middletown; and her grandchildren, David James (Amy), Chad James, Bryon James, James Hirt and Bret C. Adkins. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; and a great great grandson.
