He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Walter and Hazel Walter (Kifer); and his siblings, Clive Walter (Bonny) and Clement Walter. He is survived by: his siblings, Clement "Buster", Ruth "Enid" and Harry Walter (MaryAnn) of Manor; and his nieces and nephews, Carol, Linda, Sandra, Terry and Randy.
