He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jayne Smith Mentzer (McGregor); his daughters, Sharon Edquist of East Sandwich, MA and Diane Kahler of Nottingham, MD; his stepchildren, Stephen Smith, Michael Smith of Harrisburg, PA, Karen Mentzer and Leslie Kendrick; and his grandchildren, Michael, Adam, Maddie, Logan, Janelle, Nicole, Hunter, Sydnee, Tanner, Justin, Marcus and Brandon.
