He was predeceased by: his parents, Michelangelo Chieffo and Elisabetta Chieffo (Carfagno); and his siblings, Marino, Salvatore, Vito Chieffo, Rosa Alvino, Teresa Chieffo and Irma Molaro.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Clauda) of Collegeville, PA, Rose Shank (Steven) of Audubon, PA and Elena Chieffo (Mike) of Sebastopol, CA; his sister Immacolata Piscitelli of Italy; and his grandchildren, Jon Michael Chieffo, Daniela Chieffo Caporrino (Erik), Christina Shank, David Shank and Nico Hutton.
