He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel Heasley. He is survived by: his parent Catherine Heasley (Yinger) of Manor; and his nieces and nephews, Jody Towne (Bob), Bonnie Heasley Godfrey (Phil), Bryce Heasley (Judy), Allen Kukovich (Nancy) and Barry Kukovich (Mary).
