He was predeceased by: his father Frank S.. He is survived by: his wife Joanne L. Breneman Herr; his children, Matthew E. (Shari Herr), Rachel L. (Jim Hertzog) and Deborah A. (Lamar Stoner); and his brother Norman L. Herr. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
