She was predeceased by: her parent Henry Zorn. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Zorn (Koehler); her sons, Walter H. Spadt (Sandra) of Souderton and Philip B. Spadt (Victoria) of Coopersburg; and her grandchildren, Twins, Henry, Jacob, Jonathan, Steven (Krista), Lauren, Evan and Megan Spadt.
