She was predeceased by: her spouse David C. Eyer; and her parent Ernest Elmer. She is survived by: her parent Mary Elsie Runkle (Wise); her sons, Carl E. Smith (Belinda), Earl L. Holtzinger (Trudy) and Lester E. Holtzinger, Jr.; her wife Rhonda Holtzinger; her daughters, Karen R. Blevins (Donald), Joyce A. Sager (Randy), Sherry L. Miller (Ed) and Beth S. Innerst (Greg); her brother Carl H. Runkle (Rose); her former husband Lester E. Holtzinger, Sr.; and also Jeffrey L. Holtzinger (Alyssa). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; two step grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; a great-great grandson.
