She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Adams and Nadine M. Adams (Coffman). She is survived by: her husband Wayne A. Small, Jr.; her children, Andy Wayne Shaffer, Jr. of Hanover, Stephanie Louise Shaffer of Hanover and Mattie Harlan Shaffer of Hanover; her grandchildren, Luis Miguel Blancas and Nyla Jade Krug; her siblings, Tony Adams of Conway, SC, Scott Andrew Adams of York and Dawn Marie Adams of Hanover; and her nieces and nephews, Scott Adams, Jr., Jeremy Lee Adams, Amanda Macedonio and Bambie Adams. She is also survived by many loving great nieces, great nephews, extended family members and friends.
