LuAnn Hazekamp (James) of Fremont; her grandsons, Andrew (Dani), Matthew (Heidi) and Nathan Hazekamp (Mara); her great grandchildren, Keenan, Hannah and Samuel; and her sisters, Lois Janke of Mars and Jetta Werrline of Chicago, Ill..
