He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester C. Frey and Irene Herr Wissler; his wife Ruth M. Shuey Frey; his grandchildren, Stephanie Herr, Andrew, Gregory and Charles Frey; and his stepsiblings, Keith Myers and Sharon Myers.
He is survived by: his children, Allan R. Jr. Frey (Diane) of Valparaiso, IN, Timothy D. Frey (Jane) of Washington Boro, Mark E. Frey (Heidi) of Washington Boro, Paul L. Frey of Millersville, Nancy A. Shaiebly of Washington Boro, Audrey R. Bard (Charles) of Pequea, Brenda K. Miller (Kenneth) of Washington Boro, Carol L. Trainor of New Holland, Rachel L. Bender (Daryl) of Mt. Joy, Patti S. Beachy (Steve) of Lititz, Mary Ellen Frey of Lancaster, Rebecca J. Melanson (Eddie) of Millersville and Judy M. Moser (Alex) of Prosperity, SC; and his stepsiblings, James Wissler (Priscella) of Pequea, Dennis Wissler of Washington Boro, Dennie Myers (Dolores) of Millersville, Jane Geyer (Barry) of Conestoga and Kay Ort of Delaware. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
