Herr Arnold; his children, Mark H. Arnold of Hellam and Karen M. (Luis E. Rosa, Jr.) of Lancaster; his grandson James Zipp of Lancaster; and his sister Mildred Young of Merrick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
