He was predeceased by: his parents, Abram Rathburn and Mary Rathburn (Leon); his wife Dottie; and his siblings, Clarence Leon, William Rathburn, Russell Rathburn, Robert Rathburn, Ameda Reynolds, Joanne Reich and Ruth Clemens.
He is survived by: his daughter April Rathburn of Lewisburg; his siblings, Kenneth Rathburn of Milton, Linda Danowsky of Lewisburg, Margaret Bogle of Milton and Carlotta Robles of Milton; and his friend Faith Satteson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
