He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barkley and Marian Barkley (Hillegass). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Shaffer; his children, Brian Barkley (Barb Falvey) and Beth (Mark Schwanekamp); and his grandchildren, Meghan, Kayla, Heidi Barkley and Cooper Schwanekamp.
