He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Kathryn and Florence Kathryn Webber, Sr. (Lininger); and his brothers, Barney and Roger. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Webber of Meyersdale and Shane Webber (Courtney) of Meyersdale; his siblings, Jim Webber of Kennells Mills, PA and Ruth Autry of Salisbury, PA; and his grandson Kayden L. Webber.
