He is survived by: his daughter Marsha Blue (Richard) of Johnstown; his granddaughter Amber Blue of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, Tom Shippey (Barbara), Carol Jenkins (Robert) of Saxton and Kathy Hoover (Bill) of Bedford.
