James Farley Kelly Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2021, at the age of 62, James Farley Kelly of Manns Choice, Pennsylvania, born in Fairfax, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Kelly and Kay Mueller (Manges); and his stepfather Charles Mueller. He is survived by: his sons, Billy Kelly (Michael Emerick) of Latrobe and Brandon Kelly (Jewel) of New Paris; his grandchildren, Kaely, Karson and Tobias Kelly; his girlfriend Robin Spiker Frazier of Centerville, VA; his stepmother Barbara Jean Kelly of Woodbridge, VA; his siblings, Robin Keel (Mike) of Hyndman and Christopher Kelly (Brenda) of Woodbridge, VA; and his stepsiblings, Sonja Maphis of Kline, WV and Charles "Chuckie" Mueller of Hyndman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
