She was predeceased by: her parents, John Waugerman and Anna Waugerman (Woomer); her husband Sheldon L. Foor; her son William R. Foor; and her brothers, John Waugerman (Harriet) and George Waugerman (late Nancy) of Osterburg.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Foor (Kim) of Mechanicsburg and Edward Foor (Julie) of Martinsburg, WV; her granddaughters, Shelley Foor of Rome and Amber Foor of Martinsburg, WV; her brothers, Clair Waugerman (Carolee) and David Waugerman (Teresa) of Ridgeley, WV; and her close friend Maggie Robertson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Berkebile Funeral Home (214 S Juliana St, Bedford, PA 15522). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
