He is survived by: his wife Carol Rhoades-Casteel (Hinson); his stepchildren, Bob Rhoades of Friends Cove, Cindy Bodin (late Mike) of Great Cacapon, WV and Jenifer Thomas (Brian) of Frederick, MD; his brothers, Terry Casteel (Connie) of Irwin and Lynn Casteel (Diana) of Buffalo, NY; his aunt Evelyn Hetrick of Williamsburg; his niece Chrstine; his nephews, Terry, Dylan and Colin; and his pet Leaper.
