He is survived by: his wife Carol Stout (Waugerman); his children, Aimee Stout Benitez (late Tim Wilson) and Mark Stout (late Jen McKaig); his grandchildren, Amanda Vance-Breth (John), Skye Stout, Chelsea Vance, Melissa King and Alexander Good; his siblings, Naomi Jumper of Shippensburg, Thomas Stout (Arlene Pebley), David Stout (late Jean Weigle) of Boiling Springs and Laurie Frey of Shippensburg; and his brother-in-law Neil Waugerman (Mary Lou) of Bedford.
