He is survived by: his wife Laura; his pet Pippin; his children, Debbie (Jamie), Lisa, Michael (Jamee), Nikki (Michael), Kaci, Kingston, Jenn and David; his grandchildren, Gavin, Emersyn, David, Tyler, Shayla, Mason, Kendall, Hailie, Callie, Michael Jay, Lorelai and King Tyson; and his siblings, Trevor (Debbie) and Carol. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
