He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Merle "Mac" McCormick, Frances Troutman and John R. Wagner. He is survived by: his parents, Patrick W. McCormick and Cynthia McCormick (Wagner) of Manns Choice; his children, Piper K. McCormick, Olivia F. McCormick and Derek J. McCormick II; his grandmother Kay Frances Crissinger of Grantsville, MD; his brothers, Patrick "PJ" (Kaylee) and Jeremiah (Brittany); and his nieces and nephews, Jackson, Greyson, Kaden and Claire.
