He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Mullin and Anita Mullin (Diehl); his wife Patricia Ann Mullin; and his daughters, Lauren Ann and Alyssa Marie.

He is survived by: his siblings, Pamela (Gary Keister) of Mifflinburg, Paul (Shelley Mullin) of Lancaster, Donald Mullin (Tericia) and Kimberly Mullin of New Columbia.
