He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin A. Dively and Edith I Dively (Claar). He is survived by: his daughter Megan Dively of Mesa; his siblings, Ross Dively, Morgan Dively, Jack Dively, Nancy Johnson, Helen Rickabaugh, Doris Long (Dwayne Long) and Debbie Martz (Robert Martz); his son Brian Dively; and his siblings, Beverly Klepic and John Dively. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
