It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilmer Arthur Blouch (Manheim, Pennsylvania), born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 8, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Blouch and Helen Blouch (Light). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Bouch (Fox); and his children, Deborah Smith, Cheryl Rishell (Michael), Ann Crouch (Daniel), Vincent H. Boland, Dori Ogurcak and Timothy Blouch. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
