He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William S. Sr. Varner and Velma Miller Varner of McAlisterville; his spouse Fay M. Bartsch Varner; his children, Claire A. (Thomas McClain) of Colebrook and Trevor W. (Kaley Varner) of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Patrick, Rose, Emerson and Samuel; and his brothers, Steven (Susan Varner) of Harrisburg and David Varner.
