He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur E. Sr. Witman and S. Ruth Reichenbach Witman; and his father-in-law Dale Herr. He is survived by: his wife Debra L. Herr Witman; his sons, Adam (Michele Witman) of Maytown and Jason "Jake" Witman of Manheim; his stepsons, Douglas II (Jessica Unangst) of Columbia and Michael (Stefanie Unangst) of Cape May, NJ; his granddaughters, Reagan Witman, Alexandria (Devin Pickel), Kyra Unangst and Oaklynne Unangst; his great grandchildren, Michael and Vincent Pickel; his mother-in-law Theresa Herr of Lancaster; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy (Joseph Labezius) of Lancaster and Gary Herr of Lancaster.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant View Communities (544 N Penryn Rd, Manheim, PA 17545). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
