He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Welsh, Sr. and Mary Gainer Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca S. Neal Welsh; his children, Sarah J. (Andy L. Groff) of Manheim, Tyler G. Welsh of Lancaster, Sean M. (Tanyan Logan Carnes) of Bainbridge, Matthew T. Carnes (Becky Arline) of Linglestown, Paul M. Carnes of Manheim and Katherine E. Watson of Murfeesboro, TN; his brother Joseph (Sherry Welsh) of Columbia; his pet Molly; and his great grandchild Mylah Mae. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
