He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie (Daniel Chilcoat) of Punta Gorda, FL, Kathy (Harold Leiss) of Manheim and Terri L. Jacoby of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Larry, Korina, Brian Adams, Ashley, Emily and Lindsey Jacoby. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
