He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Tuscan and Wyona Simpson Tuscan; his daughter Teresa L. Berryhill; his grandson Christopher R. Gainer; and his sister Ruth A. Sawyer.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley E. Ditzler Tuscan; his children, Michael R. (Alleese S. Tuscan), Richard P. (Bette J. Tuscan) and Tamara S. Gibson of Manheim; and his sister Joyce L. Lambert of Maine. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren.
