He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leibley and Margaret Kendig Leibley; and his sisters, Janet Heller and Patricia Salm. He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. "Peg" Wenger Leibley; his children, Ann (James Bollinger) of Mount Joy, Timothy (Jayann Leibley) of Hesston and John; and his brother Richard Leibley of Germany.
